FAQ - Shipping Info

We aim to answer most of the common enquiries below. If you still can't find a clear answer to the question you have in mind, please do not hesitate to contact us.

About Shipping

 

Q: Where do you deliver to?

Delivery is only available for Singapore addresses.

​

Q: What are your shipping rates?

  • Free delivery within our 'hood - Telok Blangah, Bukit Purmei and Depot Road.

- Since we save on travelling and fuel, you should too. It is also our way of thanking our kampong kakis for supporting our small business.

​

For all other locations, delivery fees are as follow:

  • Fee for 3 to 5 business days standard delivery:

- Orders below $80: $8

- Orders $80 and above: free

 

  • Fee for next-day express delivery

- Please place your order first, and indicate your special request in the 'message box'. You can also reach us at 9845-3361. We will then confirm if the express delivery is possible. Do understand that due to scheduling and availability of transportation, we may not be able to fulfil every request.

- All express delivery orders will also incur additional costs, as follows:

  > Orders below $80: $25

  > Orders $80 and above: $15

  • Fee for re-delivery,

- For all unsuccessful deliveries, there will be a fee of $10 for re-delivery.

 

Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?

We totally understand that you are excited to receive your plant baby. Your order will be shipped within 5 business days, between 8am and 8pm. We seek your understanding that no ETA will be provided as our delivery is islandwide.

Q: What if no one is around to receive the package?

The delivery slot will be confirmed with our customers by 5pm on the day prior. If no one is around to receive the package, the courier will leave the package outside your entrance and we will inform you accordingly; you can also inform us to leave it with a trusted neighbour. We will not be responsible for any missing items.

If you prefer us to re-deliver the package on another day, there will be a re-delivery fee of $10 (regardless of order value).

Q: I have input the wrong delivery information! What should I do?

In such instances, please contact us immediately with your order number. If the order has been shipped out, we seek your understanding that the customer will bear the delay and a re-delivery fee of $10.

Q: What if I have multiple delivery locations?

If you wish to deliver items to more than one location, kindly make separate orders for the relevant items.

Self Collection

​

Q: Can I self-collect my order?

Yes, you may choose to pick up your order with no charges. Self-collection option is available by appointment only; the meet-up point is Radin Mas Community Club entrance. Please email us to arrange a collection slot after you have received your order confirmation. Self-collection at our home studio is currently not available to ensure our young children's privacy and safety - thank you for understanding!
