About my order

 

Why does my plant look different from the image on your website?

As our plants are growing every day in our studio, we are unable to ensure that they look exactly like when their pictures were taken for the website. However, we will do our best to ensure that the plants are inspected for good health before each delivery. Customers will also receive a current picture of their items before they depart our studio for delivery. Customers who opt for self-collection will be able to inspect their plants in person.

I prefer the plant in another planter found on your website. Is it possible?

Of course! We respect that everyone's tastes and preferences (or home decor) may be different. Please contact us and we will make arrangements with you separately, provided the stock is available.

Can I buy only the plant, without the planter?

Yes, but this option is available for our repeat customers only. We understand that in the unfortunate incident that your first plant didn't make it, you may want to replace it with another one that may be easier to care for (or try again now that you understand the plant's personality a little better!). Please contact us with your request. If you can bring back the planter that you bought from us, we will even repot it for you at no extra charge - It is also our way of saying 'Thank You' for your continuing support towards our small business.

My order is a gift for a friend, please help!

First of all, thank you for entrusting us in delivering your love. On our cart page, you will find an option to add a gift message for the recipient, which we will be delighted to pen on your behalf (please seep your message to 50 words max. Rest assured that all orders are shipped out without pricing information. Plant care instructions will also be included for all plant purchase.
